Fr. Art has been the pastor of several parishes over a 40-year span and has worked extensively with other parish leaders throughout the U.S., Canada and abroad. He is the author of several books on simplifying parishes structures and moving toward a fuller celebration of the Sunday Eucharist.

Theresa has worked in parishes for over 25 years both in the Diocese of London, Ontario and in the Archdiocese of Detroit, MI. Along with being a member of the board, she continues to guide an increasing number of parishes by presenting workshops and retreats for leaders and writing materials for parishes, to help parishioners come prepared for the Sunday Eucharist.

Fr. Bill, pastor of a Hispanic parish in Lorrain, Ohio has extensive firsthand experience restructuring a parish into small communities. He has served as a resource for others in their efforts at restructuring and has been a presenter at National conferences.

Diocese of Erie Pennsylvania
Sister Nancy is the Director for Small Communities, Lay Ministry Training, and the Interim Director for Religious Education for the Diocese of Erie. She works closely with pastors and parishes to help begin and nourish Small Christian Communities among their members.

Bro. Robert Moriarty, S.M.

A member of the Society of Mary (Marianists), Bro. Bob served for 27 years (1989-2017) as director of the Pastoral Department for Small Christian Communities (Archdiocese of Hartford). His promotion of the restructuring of parish into small communities over these years has also included presentation work on the national and international scene. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Loyola University (New Orleans) Institute for Ministry.

Fr. John recently retired after 42 years of ministry remains active in numerous ministries in the Church, including continued support of the formation of Small Church Communities in parishes. Having served as pastor of multiple parishes at the same time he has extensive experience in initiating Small Communities in parish mergers and clusters. A long time member and treasurer of the NAPRC board Fr. John has worked on many National and Regional Conferences.
